A 22-year-old Baltimore man who attempted to avoid his arrest has been charged in connection to the death of a 17-year-old in a double shooting that left a second teen boy hospitalized, police say. An investigation has been launched in Howard County after an apparent murder and attempted suicide that left three women dead and two dead. Officers were called at approximately 10 p.m. on Thursday night to the 6900 block of Norwood Ferry, when neighbors reported hearing gunshots.
