Some motorists on I-95 were delayed on Wednesday morning following a reported crash in Howard County. An alert was issued at round 11 a.m. on Sept. 11 by the Metropolitan Area Transportation Operations Coordination (MATOC) regarding a crash that tied up traffic near exit 41 (Waterloo Road) in Jessup. A 39-year-old WSCC worker was killed after being struck by a DUI driver early Sunday, Sept. 8 in Montgomery County, police said. Clinton's Ernest Joseph Dyson was working at New Hampshire Avenue and Rodney Road in Hillandale, when he was struck by a 2011 Volkswagen CC around 4:40 a.m., police said.
