Baltimore County police have arrested a father accused of fatally shooting his 4-year-old son on Christmas Eve during what authorities say was a domestic dispute. Mark Jones, 30, is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center after being arrested over the weekend in connection to the fatal shooting of Jacobi Jones during the holiday in Rosedale.
