The woman who pepper sprayed a 12-year-old child living with her during an argument is going to spend time behind bars, the Charles County State's Attorney's Office announced. Waldorf resident Sabrina Cocheye Embrey, 51, was sentenced to six months in jail after being convicted by a jury in May on child abuse and assault charges following an incident that escalated with the boy. There will be no charges filed against the officers involved in a fatal shooting during the Thanksgiving holiday last year, the Maryland AG announced on Monday following an extensive investigation.
