Teen Expected To Be Charged As Adult For Targeted Shooting In Maryland, Police Say A 16-year-old is expected to be charged as an adult after a person was shot in the middle of the day in Hagerstown, police say. Shortly before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28, officers were called to the 100 block of East Washington Street, where they investigated a reported shooting involving the teen and treated a 41-year-old man for a gunshot wound to the leg. Mall Shooting: 'Armed Dangerous' Man Wanted Week Later In Maryland, Police Say A man wanted in connection to a shooting last week is still at large, and a new reward has been offered as police attempt to track him down. A new alert has been issued by Metro Crime Stoppers, which is offering a $5,000 reward as they attempt to locate Wesley Lyons, who is still on the run a week after shots were fired inside the Harford Mall.  Lisa Gregg, 60, of Edgewood and Lateia Green, 37, of Middle River have already been arrested, though the 35-year-old Lyons is still at large.
