The blaze broke out around 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 14 in the kitchen of a two-story home owned by the Methodist Church of Perryville, investigators said. Businesses Damaged By Two-Alarm Blaze Sparked In Commercial Building: Maryland Fire Marshal Several businesses were impacted by a rapidly-moving two-alarm blaze in Cecil County inside a multi-purpose commercial building that caused approximately $1 million in damage, according to the Maryland Fire Marshal.
