Several middle schools in Montgomery and Howard counties are among the best in Maryland, according to a new Niche report. A 20-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Frederick County on Wednesday night, officials say. It only took a week for members of the Frederick County Sheriff's Office to apprehend a person wanted for assaulting a staff member while trespassing at an area high school, authorities announced.
