A former teacher at the Gilman School in Baltimore was convicted on child porn, cyberstalking, and other offenses following a brief trial, federal authorities announced.
Christopher Kenji Bendann, 40, is facing decades in prison in connection to the sexual exploitation of a minor over the course of more than a year.
According to prosecutors, between September 2017 and February 2019, Bendann produced multiple videos of a teen boy engaged in sexually-explicit conduct that were saved to his iCloud.
At the time, the teen was 16 and 17 years old.

Man Airlifted To Maryland Hospital After Being Stabbed In Face, Police Say
An early morning altercation left a man with multiple lacerations to his face in Anne Arundel County, police say.
At approximately 3 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 26, members of the Annapolis Police Department were called to the area of Winslow Court to investigate a reported stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers were met by a man who was "bleeding heavily from his face," and he had several reported lacerations.
According to police, the man was flown to an area hospital for treatment and evaluation of his injuries, while detectives assumed the investigation.

Predator Who Preyed On Deaf Victims For Years In DC Sentenced For Sex Abuse Offenses: Feds
A District man will spend years in prison for the sexual abuse of three deaf victims, including a child and minor over the course of nearly a decade, federal authorities announced.
John’Ta Price, 29, was sentenced to 40 months in prison after pleading guilty earlier this summer to multiple charges, including attempted stalking, blackmail, and child sexual abuse.
According to prosecutors, between March 2015 and February 2020, Price stalked his first victim, who was approximately 13 to 18 years old at the time.

Four suspects are facing hundreds of charges for their alleged roles in a string of commercial burglaries and attempted burglaries of gun stores in Maryland, authorities announced on Tuesday.
