A 63-year-old woman is dead and her daughter is in custody for her murder after she called it in to the Montgomery County Department of Police on Monday. Tiffany Zhang, 29, has been arrested and charged in connection to the death of her mother, Guichun Hu, whose body was found in a grassy field in the 19400 block of Olive Tree Way in Gaithersburg.
