Maryland Woman Identified By Police As Victim In Fatal Head-On Howard County Crash Howard County police have identified the victim of a deadly head-on collision in Clarksville as 34-year-old Coralia Roxana Yamileth Anaya Rivas of Jessup. The crash occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at approximately 2:53 p.m. on the 13100 block of Triadelphia Mill Road.  Investigators say a 2016 Toyota Corolla traveling east crossed into oncoming traffic for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a 2017 Toyota 4Runner.
