District Man Accused Of Killing Victim Days After 19th Birthday In Prince George's: Police
A District resident has been charged in connection to the April murder of a 19-year-old from Oxon Hill, authorities announced. Javon Moore, 23, has been arrested and charged in connection to the fatal shooting of Tyron Avent after getting into a disagreement and subsequently fleeing the shooting scene before officers arrived, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
