Manassas native Gregory Jerome Stamps, 65, is facing charges in Montgomery County after being flagged by a Bethesda homeowner who caught him on camera red-handed breaking into an area home. According to a spokesperson from the Montgomery County Department of Police, Stamps was arrested in connection to at least two residential burglaries that were reported earlier this months in the 6000 block of Brookes Lane in Bethesda. Hyattsville resident Brayan Anthony Acevedo was arrested overnight in Prince William County following a reported incident where he abused a woman and refused to let her get out of his car.
