A Virginia man driving a Tesla who caused a fatal crash that claimed the life of a 77-year-old woman in Montgomery County in March has been charged, authorities announced on Thursday. Vincent Anderson, Jr., 36, of Lynchburg, has been charged with criminally negligent manslaughter and failure to control speed to avoid a collision in connection to the death of Silver Spring resident Maria Antonieta Perdomo nearly seven months ago.
