Authorities in Wicomico County are on the hunt for a Salisbury man accused of opening fire on a woman, leaving her with life-threatening injuries, officials said. Deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office were called to the 500 block of North Curlew Road in Salisbury shortly after 4:20 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, following reports of a shooting. Children Playing With Fire Torch Furniture, Vehicle in Maryland
Two children accidentally set a car on ablaze in Maryland overnight while they were playing with fire, officials say. Shortly before midnight, members of the Salisbury Fire Department were called to a home on Delaware Avenue in Wicomico County, where there was a reported car fire. According to the Maryland Fire Marshal, a 9 year old and 6 year old were playing with fire and ignited a piece of furniture on fire in the front yard, which promptly spread to the property owner's vehicle, which had been parked nearby.
