Maryland HS Student In Custody After Attempted Cafeteria Stabbing, Sheriff Says There was a heavy police presence at a Maryland high school on Friday afternoon as sheriff's deputies investigated an alleged stabbing, officials said. The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office was called in to investigate an incident at approximately 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7 at Thomas Johnson High School when a student attempted to stab others, according to a spokesperson from the agency. No injuries were reported.
