Fire Marshal ID Beloved Family Members Killed By St. Mary's County Basement Blaze New details have been released following the fatal St. Mary's County fire that claimed the lives of two people in Lexington Park earlier this week. Ronald Joy, 62, and his wife, Kathy Joy, were home shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 27 when a fire broke out in their Littlestown Pike home in Westminster, officials say.
