Sean Michael Rice, 34, who is no stranger to law enforcement, is facing new charges following an incident that played out early on March 11 during an incident with his family.  According to the sheriff's office, deputies were called to investigate the altercation, and it was determined that Rice was in possession of a rifle, handgun, and there was evidence of manufacturing firearms at his home.
