Escaped Inmate In Virginia Linked To Armed Carjacking In Maryland Captured: DOC An escaped inmate out of Virginia who was wanted in Montgomery County for an armed carjacking is back in custody, authorities announced.  The Virginia Department of Corrections announced on Wednesday that Naseem Roulack, 21, was arrested at around 9 a.m. by members of the Fairfax County Police Department and the US Marshals Service. Officials say that the bust was reported at a hotel in the 6700 block of Commerce Street in Springfield.
