Suspected DUI Driver Crashes Car, Dies During Police Pursuit In Maryland: Authorities A female suspected of driving under the influence died and her passenger was injured when she crashed her car while speeding away from a police officer overnight in Maryland, authorities said. A Montgomery County police officer stopped a 2011 Honda Civic near Route 355 and Nicholson Lane, after he saw the car commit a traffic violation around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, county police said in a release.
