Prince George's County Man Accused Of Kicking Dog To Death At DC Daycare Facility: Feds A Maryland man working at a District Dogs daycare in DC is facing charges for allegedly kicking a 5-month-old puppy to death, federal authorities announced. Prince George's County resident Adriano Demorais, 33, was arrested on Tuesday and arraigned on an indictment charging him with felony animal cruelty to animals for an incident reported in February.
