Ronald Steave, 29, is accused of killing Nandi Fitzgerald, Tatiana Hill, both 28, and 12-year-old Denzel Nolan on the 7500 block of Hamilton Avenue on Dec. 31, 2021, city police said. Joseph "Joey" C.
