A braggadocios DC rapper who advertised drugs and boasted about his weapons on Instagram will spend a decade behind bars, federal authorities announced. A former member of the Metropolitan Police Department will be spending time on the other side of the prison bars after being sentenced for violating the rights of at least two men with illegal chokeholds, federal authorities announced.
