Some lanes were blocked on Monday morning in Anne Arundel County when a tractor-trailer overturned and spilled debris into the northbound lanes of I-97. An alert was issued by police shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 4 when the truck - for unknown reasons - crashed near the ramp to westbound Route 32. Traffic was tied up for miles on I-495 in Prince George's County on Friday afternoon when a moped rider was killed after crashing into a tractor-trailer.
