A dozen members of an an alleged Drug Trafficking Organization that was operating out of an Irvington neighborhood have been indicted on a slew of charges following the discovery of mass quantities of fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, and pot, officials said Thursday, March 14. Maryland State Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Wicomico County. At approximately 8:10 p.m. on Friday night, police say that Salisbury resident Richard Darlington Smith, 49, was walking down the street when he was shot multiple times in the 900 block of Division Street in his hometown.
