A man is fighting for his life after being pulled into an MRI machine while wearing a metal chain, police announced on Thursday, July 17. The 61-year-old man walked into an unauthorized area at Nassau Open MRI on Old Country Road in Westbury, New York, at 4:34 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, according to the Homicide Squad. One person was killed on Saturday afternoon after being stabbed to death in Prince George's County, officials say. At approximately 2 p.m. on Aug. 10, officers were called to the 5700 block of Silver Hill Road in District Heights, where there was a reported cutting. Upon arrival, investigators found a man in a parking lot suffering from multiple stab wounds, they said. A man was stabbed at a shopping center while walking to his vehicle in a late night attack in Hanover, authorities say.
