The allegedly intoxicated driver who killed two 19-year-old women in an early morning crash last year in Montgomery County has been indicted by a grand jury, authorities announced. Elkridge resident Jean Pierre Velasco, 20, is facing nearly a dozen charges following an incident in March 2023 that resulted in the deaths of Leslie Kristin Ventura and Kailey Briana Vigil, officials say. Police ID Teen Girls Killed In Montgomery County Crash
Two teens were killed over the weekend in an early-morning crash that sent an Infiniti ping-ponging off of several other fixed objects before coming to rest under a utility pole, according to a Montgomery County Department of Police spokesperson.
