Hyattsville resident John Quame De Love, 64, has been identified by investigators as the person killed in a crash involving Liluram Paudel, 34, who was reportedly driving east in the westbound lanes of the interstate. Anthony Ward, a member of the Baltimore Police Department's SWAT team, was killed in a car accident. The department announced Ward's death late Saturday, April 20.
