Former Police Officer Gets Prison Time For Drug, Weapon Offenses In Maryland: Feds A former Baltimore police officer is going to spend time behind bars after admitting to his role in drug and weapon conspiracies, federal authorities announced. City resident Steven Umberto Angelini was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and oxycodone and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
