Teens Charged With Murder Of Carlos Hernandez-Ortiz In MD Two teens have been charged in connection to the fatal midday shooting of a 19-year-old Chillum man in Prince George's County earlier this year, authorities announced. Shortly after noon on April 10, officers were called to the 500 block of Chillum Road, where they found Carlos Hernandez-Ortiz suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead from his injuries. 19-Year-Old Shot Dead In Prince George’s County: Police A 19-year-old was shot and killed in Prince George’s County on Wednesday afternoon, April 10, police said. Carlos Hernandez-Ortiz, of Chillum, was found with gunshot wounds as officers were called to the 500 block of Chillum Road for a shooting around 12:05 p.m., the PGPD said.
