A Maryland man is being sought out of Virginia for going on a rampage with a hammer and bashing another man's vehicle with his own in a confrontation over a female acquaintance's relationship, authorities said.
Victor Manuel Gonzalez Cisneros, 26, of Marlboro, showed up at an apartment on the 13100 block of Marina Way in Woodbridge around 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, to confront another man over a relationship with a female acquaintance, police said.

A baby boy in Baltimore has been abducted from his foster family by his mother, authorities say.
Raven Harris, 28, abducted Legend Parham, 1, from the custody of his foster parents in the 500 block of Laurens Street around 5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 2, according to Baltimore police.
Harris fled with Parham in an unknown sedan and the two have not been seen since.

Paislee Shultis was reported missing from Cayuga Heights, near Ithaca, in Tompkins County in 2019, before she was located in Ulster County on Valentine's Day, Monday, Feb. 14.
