Firefighters were called to a home in the 6700 block of Hawthorne Street on the morning of Thursday, Feb. 23, according to a Prince George's County Fire Department spokesperson.
The two-story townhouse had gone up in flames when rescue personnel arrived, displacing two residents who were uninjured in the blaze.
Prince George's County Fire officials were able to get the fire under control.
The cause and total damages of the fire have yet to be announced.
