Tipsters Lead Officers To Man Wanted For Rape, Assault Of Minors In Washington County: Police
Tipsters helped police in Washington County apprehend a man believed to be homeless who was wanted for sexual offenses involving minors, authorities announced. An alert was issued on Thursday regarding 26-year-old Luis Fernando Parada, of no fixed address, who was wanted for rape and assault involving two minor victims.
