A strange scene played out on Wednesday afternoon when a man boarded a Prince George's County school bus and was later dropped off in the DC area before coming back, according to police. An investigation was launched at 2:05 p.m. on Oct. 23, when a passerby called 911 after spotting a grown man getting on the bus in the 4100 block of Suitland Road, which was occupied by three elementary school students. Customers Charged With Killing Employee Over Payment Dispute In Maryland: Police
Tipsters helped lead the Prince George's County Police Department to two men who were wanted in connection to a fatal shooting at an area tire shop last month. Capitol Heights resident Ronnell Hardy, 43, and 42-year-old Avery Eccles, of Upper Marlboro have been been charged for their roles in the murder of Anthony Okoye in September. At approximately 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14, officers were called to the 1200 block of Marblewood Avenue in Capitol Heights, where they found the 41-year-old Bladensburg resident suffering from gunshot wounds at the Prince George's County tire shop. …

An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection to a Sunday shooting in Prince George's County that left a man dead in Oxon Hill, police say. Izayah Matthews, of Temple Hills, has been charged in connection to the murder of Oxon Hill native Antonio Bell, 43, who was found shot to death in a parking lot on Aug. 18. A Calvert County man implicated to a shooting at an area home during a dispute over allegedly stolen medication copped to the crime and will face decades in prison. Chesapeake Bach resident Stephen Louis Betz pleaded guilty this week to first-degree assault and reckless endangerment stemming from an incident that was reported in Owings last fall, authorities announced on Tuesday.
