Silver Spring resident Erick Pineda, 21, has been charged with multiple counts of murder following a midday May shooting that left Kevin Moscoso-Lopez dead. According to police, at approximately 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, officers were called to the 1900 block of Erie Street to investigate reports of shots fired.
