Aacc Names Clayton Railey Interim Provost, Vice President For Learning Anne Arundel Community College has named Clayton Railey III, Ph.D., as interim provost and vice president for Learning, effective July 1, 2026. According to Anne Arundel Community College, the appointment comes after the retirement of President Dawn Lindsay and current Provost Tanya Millner’s transition to interim president.
