A September death investigation in a Bladensburg park has taken a grim turn after authorities ruled it a homicide, Prince George’s County Police said Monday. Ricardo Ramos Andrade, 55, of Colmar Manor, was found unresponsive on Sept. 25 at approximately 6:35 a.m. in a park on the 4600 block of Annapolis Road. Officers from Maryland-National Capital Park Police pronounced him dead at the scene. The man who brutally abused an infant who later died in Frederick County will never see the light of day again after being convicted of child abuse last year, the state's attorney's office announced.
