Driver Who Dragged Police Officer During Maryland Traffic Stop Gets Max Prison Sentence
The man who seriously injured a Baltimore Police officer he dragged for several blocks while he was hanging on to his vehicle was handed a harsh sentence, authorities announced on Wednesday. Joseph Daniel Black, who dragged Sgt. Kenneth Ramberg during a vehicle stop in 2022 has been sentenced to 10 years in prison, the maximum sentenced allowed by law.
