Tractor-Trailer Crash Leads To I-97 Closure In Maryland (Developing) Some lanes were blocked on Monday morning in Anne Arundel County when a tractor-trailer overturned and spilled debris into the northbound lanes of I-97. An alert was issued by police shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 4 when the truck - for unknown reasons - crashed near the ramp to westbound Route 32.  Police say that the truck crashed and overturned, leaving all lanes blocked as crews cleared the scene and shut down the interstate.
