Threats of mass violence continue to plague Maryland schools, this time leading to charges against a student on Wednesday morning in Harford County. Early on Sept. 25, deputies were alerted about a reported claim from a teen made on social media "to shoot up the school. "This is a threat," the high school student posted on Snapchat. A well-armed employee who threatened to blow up the Maryland Vehicle Administration (MVA) building has been arrested and is facing multiple charges, according to the state fire marshal.
