Woman Arrested For Fatal Maryland Parking Lot Shooting Hours Later, Police Say
It didn't take long for members of the Annapolis Police Department to apprehend a murder suspect wanted in connection to the fatal public shooting of a 59-year-old woman. On Thursday night, officers were called to the 1700 block of Forest Drive to investigate a reported homicide, where they found Allison Faye McIntyre suffering from a gunshot wound inside her vehicle in a parking lot. Paramedics treated McIntyre at the scene of the shooting, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Several streets are closed in Baltimore and some residents have been advised to shelter in place as they deal with a barricade situation on Thursday afternoon. Members of the Baltimore Police Department were called to a home in the 1700 block of Harlem Avenue, according to an alert issued shortly after noon on Aug. 1. SWAT Team Captures Harford Mall Shooter 53 Miles Away At Anne Arundel Hotel: Sheriff
The 35-year-old man wanted in a shooting last month at the Harford Mall was captured with help from members of a SWAT team 53 miles away from the incident in Anne Arundel County, police said. Wesley Larry Lyons, 35 of Edgewood, was arrested just after 1 p.m. Sunday, June 30 by members of the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s SWAT Team, the Harford County Sheriff's Office announced.
