Teen Gunman In Deadly SUV Murder Surrenders In Maryland, Police Say An 18-year-old Maryland man is facing multiple murder charges after allegedly shooting and killing another man inside an SUV before turning himself in to police, authorities said. Prince George’s County Police arrested Raymond Terry III following the Sunday, Feb. 16 shooting that claimed the life of 26-year-old Landover resident Vincent Fisher III.
