A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a Baltimore man earlier this year, authorities announced. Investigators say the suspect shot 46-year-old Ronald Carroll on Aug. 18 in the 1900 block of East North Avenue. Carroll succumbed to his injuries days later on Aug. 22 while hospitalized. The Howard County Police Department has identified a suspected shooter who allegedly killed 17-year-old Angelo Little at the Mall in Columbia last month. Shortly after 8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18, officers were called to the 1300 block of North Spring Street, where there were multiple reports of shots fired.
