Police ID Pedestrian Killed By Hit-Run Driver Near I-695 On-Ramp In Anne Arundel County

A 35-year-old man was killed by a hit-and-run driver near an on-ramp of I-695 in Anne Arundel County, according to police.

Edward Broseker, Jr., who has no fixed address, has been identified by investigators as the person killed overnight by a driver who fled the scene in Glen Burnie.

According to a spokesperson from the Anne Arundel County Police Department, shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, officers were called to the area of Ritchie Highway at the on-ramp of the interstate, where there were reports of a man down in the roadway after being struck by a driver.

Upon arrival, first responders found Broseker, who was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Anne Arundel Fire Department.

No witnesses have been identified, and no details about the driver or possible vehicle have been released.
