Walter Javier Martinez Admits To Murder Of 20-Year-Old Woman
The teenager in the country illegally who killed a 20-year-old woman who was found unconscious on the floor of her bedroom by her boyfriend bound at the wrists and with a phone charging court wrapped around her neck copped to the crime, authorities announced.
