On Wednesday, Aug. 20, special agents with ICE Homeland Security Investigations and Metropolitan Police arrested David Perez-Teofani, 35, who had previously been charged with felony indecent liberties-proposed sex acts and aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13, according to ICE.
