Aaron Zavier Jefferson, 33, of Upper Marlboro, has been charged with murder in the shooting death of 31-year-old Dequan Clinkscale, of Capitol Heights, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department. Leo Addison, 39, of Largo, was shot and killed around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, in the 7600 block of Marlboro Pike, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.
