Man Nabbed For Shooting That Led To Lockdowns At Three Schools In Region A 20-year-old suspect has been arrested for an alleged drive-by shooting that led to lockdowns at three Connecticut schools, authorities announced. On Tuesday, Dec. 7, in Hartford County, the Rocky Hill School District placed three schools in “soft lockdowns” after there were reports of shots fired from one vehicle towards a second at approximately noon in the area of Orchard Street and Textbook Avenue.
