17-Year-Old Boy Killed In Bicycle Crash In Webster: Police A 17-year-old boy was killed in a bicycle-involved crash over the weekend in Webster, authorities said.  Police responded to a report of a car versus bicyclist in the area of 21 First Street in Webster around just after 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, Webster Police said.  Upon arrival, officer found the teenager "obvious injuries to his head" lying on the ground.
