One Killed In Single-Vehicle Massachusetts Crash An investigation is underway after a driver was killed in a fiery single-vehicle crash in Western Massachusetts.  Police responded to the crash in Hampden County, at around  3:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 22, in the city of Agawam.
