Woman, 22, Killed In Multi-Car Crash On Mass Turnpike In Grafton: Police A 22-year-old woman died after she was involved in a car crash in Worcester County that sprawled into a multi-car wreck on I-90, authorities said.  Claudia Lukas, of Longmeadow, was killed on Wednesday, Nov. 15, in Grafton after her Subaru and a Kia Sorento collided on I-90 and hit a center guardrail, State Police said. The cars came to a stop in the center of the highway and were hit by an oncoming vehicle.  The crashes caused a secondary wreck between two tractor-trailers and a box truck, authorities said. Fifteen Cars Towed From 'Chain-Reaction' Crash On Mass Pike In Brimfield: Police More than a dozen cars and were involved in a "chain-reaction" crash that injured multiple people on the Mass Pike in Brimfield this week, authorities said.  State Troopers responded to the crash involving multiple tractor-trailers and cars on I-90 East in Brimfield around 11:20 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, Massachusetts State Police report.  About 15 vehicles towed from the scene and all passengers were taken to area hospitals for treatment. The severity of their injuries is unknown, police said. Authorities believe the icing on the road caused the crash. No other information was …
